• Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that a client has to cancel a booking, the following terms will apply.
Bookings have to be made directly with our Office, they will only be considered as confirmed when you have received a confirmation email from us.
Cancellation charges will come into effect as follows:
48 hours prior to date of travel – 30% charge
24 hours prior to date of travel – 100% charge

All journeys must be booked through the company office or through our on line booking form which can be accessed through this website.
Any complaints regarding the Company’s service or any driver will be taken very seriously. The situation will be thoroughly investigated upon receipt of the details in writing (email is acceptable). Then the company will complete a full investigation and notify you of the outcome.
The Company has the right to change the vehicle requested by you, in the event of it being unavailable, to one of a similar capacity.
The client will be responsible for the repair or valeting of our vehicle should they cause any damage during the journey.
The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all of its vehicles.
The company cannot accept liability for the loss of a passenger(s )individual items. If however items are found in a vehicle after the passenger(s )have been dropped at their destination, we will contact them to return them ASAP.
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, which covers the vehicle and passengers in the vehicle while it is in operation. However, it is advisable that clients ensure they have sufficient coverage for personal property brought onto the vehicle.
